This causes the current command to be preempted by the newer command. The drum servo subsystem does not return to the preempted command. If the preempted command was issued from the diagnostic monitor then it is only necessary to wait until the existing command completes and try again. This error is reported. It is normal for this error to occur if a preempting command has been issued at the diagnostic terminal while the drum servo system is busy handling another command.
